Mental Health
This July, we're highlighting the link between doing good and feeling well. Research from Mayo Clinic shows that volunteering can reduce stress, lower the risk of depression, and even support heart health — benefits that extend beyond the community to the individual.
Employees today are also looking for more than just a paycheck: Deloitte’s 2025 Gen Z and Millennial Survey found that 89% of Gen Zs and 92% of millennials value a sense of purpose at work. When companies create opportunities for impact, they’re not just doing good — they’re helping their teams thrive.
At Deed, we invite you to explore the holistic benefits of social impact through employee-driven initiatives focused on mental health, youth, neurodiversity, and workplace wellness. Let’s make well-being a shared priority in our communities and workplaces.
